They break you, I'll fix you....stop it!

The worst advertising I've ever seen for multi-disciplinary fitness companies is "They break you, I'll fix you". Why would you advertise that your coach will provide training that breaks you, thus needing treatment from the therapist to get you back to training? Here's an idea, why not provide coaching that actually considers all of the factors required to keep you healthy, allow you to train to increase performance and fitness, embrace recovery and nutrition as part of the plan, and then treatment as a recovery tool, or better yet to prepare you to race, or recover from racing quicker to allow you to return to training. We are part of the health industry, our aim should be to maintain health at every cost, but that should not be a cost to the customer or consumer of out services. My cousin made a valid point a few weeks back, cost is a negative term, investment is far more positive. We feel that you investment should make pay you back dividends in performance improvements. We want you to give you all of our expertise in coaching, training, recovery, form, and nutrition, and where possible it will be here in our blog for free. We want to build a local community of injury free runners, runners who run because it feels great to be out on the trails in nature with like minded people. Please stop by the site regularly and join us to realise that dream.
